Tools Required:
Wrenches (sizes 24 and 12, or use an electric torque wrench)
Brush or air gun

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Disconnect the power and open the feed port.

2. Place the screen frame.

3. Open the left side cover of the machine.

4. Rotate the balance wheel by hand and clear out any remaining material.
Rotate the blade holder to ensure all residual material inside the machine is removed.

5. Remove the fixed blades from the front and rear of the machine.
Use the tool to unscrew the locking screws and remove the fixed blades from both the front and rear of the machine (as shown in the diagram). For older models, you may need to remove the motor and rear cover plate before removing the fixed blades.

6. Remove the movable blades from the blade holder.
If screws are difficult to loosen due to wear or slippage, apply some lubricant. Replace any worn blades promptly to avoid detachment during operation.
7. Thoroughly clean the crushing chamber with a brush or air gun.
This step is crucial; if not cleaned properly, it can lead to improper installation later, affecting the crusher's performance.
8. Install the front fixed blade first.
The side of the blade with the logo is the front. Position the cutting edge inward, with the back of the blade facing up. Secure it with locking screws, and adjust the blade's front-to-back position by altering the length of the adjustment screws.

9. Install the movable blades.
Flat/Claw Blades:First, install the movable blades on the left and right sides that are on the same plane.
Rotate the blade holder to check the position of the movable blades relative to the front fixed blade, and adjust the distance by altering the adjustment screws. Rotate the blade holder as you adjust to ensure that both movable blades are properly positioned. Do not adjust the front fixed blade during this step.
Slice Blades:Start by installing the left-side movable blade.
Rotate the balance wheel to check the blade gap and adjust the movable blade as needed. Again, do not adjust the front fixed blade during this step.

⚠️ The smaller the blade gap, the better—this has no relation to the size of the material!
The blade gap should be tight but not touching. Regardless of the material’s thickness or size, always adjust according to this guideline. Some people mistakenly believe that thicker materials require a larger blade gap, but this is incorrect.
10. Install the rear fixed blade.
The side of the blade with the logo is the front. Position the cutting edge inward, with the front facing up. Secure it with locking screws, and adjust the front-to-back position of the blade by altering the length of the adjustment screws. Simultaneously rotate the balance wheel to ensure the left and right movable blades pass smoothly and the gap is correct. Adjust the rear fixed blade as necessary, then tighten it securely. Do not adjust the front fixed blade or the movable blades during this step.

11. Install the remaining movable blades.
Install the remaining movable blades in sequence. Rotate the balance wheel to ensure all movable blades pass smoothly through the front and rear fixed blades and that the gaps are correct. Do not adjust the front and rear fixed blades during this step.
12. Tighten all screws again.
Perform a final tightening of all screws on the blades to ensure there is no looseness. Rotate the balance wheel one more time to check the blade clearance and distance.
13. Close the screen frame and feed port.
